Charles Benge

Charlie Benge has over 17 years of experience in the machining industry. Currently serving as the Machining Department Lead at Cain Millwork since March 2016, Charlie effectively oversees departmental operations and ensures quality standards. Prior to this role, Charlie was Head of Machining at Wheaton Associates Inc. from November 2006 to March 2016, where responsibilities included managing machining processes and leading a team to optimize production efficiency.
