Mayeena Ulkarim

Mayeena Ulkarim is a Senior Operations Coordinator at CAIR in the San Francisco Bay Area, where they have been since 2021. Previously, Mayeena held various roles at the University of California, Santa Cruz, including Peer Advisor, Residential Assistant, and Peer Academic Success Coach, all focused on fostering community and supporting student success. Mayeena graduated from the University of California, Santa Cruz, in 2021, after earning their high school diploma from Granada Hills Charter High School in 2017. They are driven by the values instilled by their parents and motivated by the curiosity of their younger sisters.
