Sonia Samadi

Sonia Samadi is a seasoned operations and project manager with extensive experience in both real estate and organizational management. Currently serving as the CAIR-LA Operations Manager and CAIR-LA Human Resources Manager at CAIR-CA since January 2023, Sonia focuses on enhancing operational systems, processes, and internal culture in alignment with organizational growth. In addition, Sonia has been a Real Estate Development Project Manager at Casa Bonita Development and Design since June 2020, overseeing all stages of building projects and ensuring effective coordination among stakeholders. Previous roles include Director of Business Development and Strategic Growth at JohnHart Real Estate, where Sonia contributed to creating company policies and advancing technology initiatives, as well as multiple leadership positions at Bank of America, including Mortgage Processing Team Leader and Operations Manager. Sonia holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology with a minor in Management from UC Irvine.
