Yehya Toema has extensive experience in sales technology and customer service, beginning as a Customer Service Agent at Vodafone from December 2011 to July 2013. Yehya then progressed to various roles in sales automation, including Senior Sales Automation Supervisor at Henkel from January 2017 to August 2019 and HAND HELD Supervisor at PepsiCo from February 2016 to December 2016, where responsibilities included first-line technology support and testing system compatibility. From September 2019 to January 2021, Yehya served as a Sales Technology Developer at Arabian Food Industries CO. (DOMTY), focusing on system integration and implementation. Following this, Yehya held positions as Senior Sales Technology Specialist and Sales Automation Section Head at Zeina Group between February 2021 and January 2023, and currently leads the Sales Technology Section at Cairo 3A Group since April 2023. Yehya holds a Bachelor's degree with first-class honors in Business Administration and Management from El Manar Language School, completed in 2010.
