Chris Raymond is currently the Senior Vice President, People Experience at CAIS and previously served as Vice President in the same department. For prior experience, Chris worked as a Senior Technical Recruiter at JPMorgan Chase & Co. from 2021 to 2023, and as a Talent Partner at Nutmeg, which was acquired by JPMC in October 2021. Chris began their career as a Consultant at Cobalt Recruitment from 2018 to 2020, focusing on qualified professionals in Accounting & Finance and Business Systems within Real Estate, Asset Management, and Proptech. Chris holds a Level 5 Diploma in Human Resources Management from CIPD Qualifications and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management with a Foreign Language from the University of Essex.
