Michelle Browning

Michelle Browning is the Director of Business Development for CAIS IQ. Michelle has over twenty years of experience in sales and marketing, with a focus on financial services.

Michelle started their career in 1997 as a Marketing Specialist at Merrill Lynch. Michelle then moved to Firsthand Funds as a Marketing Specialist before joining ATEL Capital Group as their Senior Regional Marketing Director in 2002. In 2004, they were promoted to Vice President and managed the southwest sales territory.

In 2006, Michelle left ATEL to join LEAF Commercial Capital, Inc. as their Vice President of National Accounts. Michelle then spent three years at W. P. Carey Inc. as their Vice President of National Accounts before joining AI Insight Inc. as their Vice President of National Sales in 2018.

In 2020, Michelle left AI Insight Inc. to join Alternative Investment Exchange (AIX) as their Director of Sales. Michelle held this position until August 2021 when they joined CAIS IQ as their Director of Business Development.

They are on a team with Marc Premselaar - Senior Managing Director,, Structured Solutions, Evangelia Karanikas - Director, Enterprise Relationship Management, and Madifing Kaba - Managing Director, Head of Corporate Strategy. Their manager is Matt Brown, Founder, Chairman, & CEO.
