Bill Weaver

Bill Weaver is the Assistant General Counsel at California ISO, where they specialize in energy storage, generator interconnections, and distributed energy resources since 2014. They frequently engage with federal and state regulatory bodies and are fluent in Spanish. Previously, Bill served as a Legal Fellow at The Brookings Institution and worked as an Associate at Jones Day and Dewey & LeBoeuf LLP. Bill holds a B.A. in Philosophy from Brigham Young University and a J.D. from the University of Chicago Law School.
