Ethan Stonecipher

Ethan Stonecipher has extensive experience in the electrical industry, primarily as a Journeyman Lineman and in supervisory roles. Currently serving as an Advisory Committee Member for the California ISO since October 2022, Ethan has also participated in various committees, including the California Public Utilities Commission's GO 95 / 128 Rule Committee since May 2023. Previous roles include quality management positions at Cal-Nev JATC and Underground Construction Co., Inc., along with significant field experience with companies such as Asplundh Construction, PAR Electrical Contractors, and MYR Group. Ethan has been involved in notable projects including maintenance contracts, transmission re-conductor projects for Duke Energy, and emergency restoration work across multiple states. With a diverse background that spans over a decade, Ethan continues to contribute to the electrical trade through both practical experience and committee involvement.
