Holly Taylor

Holly Taylor currently serves as the Manager of Regional Affairs at California ISO, a position held since January 2022. Prior to this role, Holly Taylor was the Director of State, Federal, and International Affairs at the Western Interstate Energy Board from September 2016 to January 2022.
