Hubert Hafner

Hubert Hafner has extensive experience in the energy sector, beginning with Siemens Austria as Project Manager from 1991 to 1996, overseeing software projects for SCADA and Energy Management Systems. Hubert then progressed to Siemens Energy Inc. USA, where a role as Proposal Manager, Sales Support, and Business Development was held from 2001 to February 2008, followed by the position of Product Development Manager. Subsequently, Hubert worked at Siemens Infrastructure & Cities from October 2008 to July 2012 as the Manager for Quality & EHS Management and Process PMO. After a brief tenure at Siemens Power Transmission and Distribution in March to September 2008 as Manager Marketing for Substation Automation and SCADA Systems, Hubert has been with California ISO since July 2012, serving as Manager. Educational qualifications include a Diplom-Ingenieur in Electrical Engineering from Technische Universität Wien and an MBA in Strategic Marketing and Operations Management from UMN Carlson School of Management.
