Jared Ferguson

Jared Ferguson is a Regulatory Analyst with the Energy Division at the CPUC, currently serving as the Lead Resource Assessment and Planning Analyst at California ISO. Previously, Jared worked as a Senior Regulatory Analyst at the California Public Utilities Commission, focusing on transmission planning and resource integration. Jared's background includes research in atmospheric modeling at the University of Michigan, where they developed advanced techniques for predicting extreme weather events, and they also held roles as a legislative aide and science camp director. Jared earned a Ph.D. in Applied Physics from the University of Michigan.
