Pablo Oñate is currently the Director of Reliability Compliance at El Paso Electric, where they oversee compliance activities and lead a team focused on Reliability Standards. With experience in power utility operations, Pablo has held various positions within the company since 2006, including Compliance Engineer and Distribution Standards Engineer. They hold both a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Texas at El Paso, as well as a Reliability Coordinator certification from NERC. Active in community organizations, Pablo served as the Board President of the Boys & Girls Clubs of El Paso in 2015 and has participated in initiatives such as Leadership El Paso and Big Brothers Big Sisters Dance for Kids’ Sake.
