Scott Erwin is a visionary strategist and experienced operations leader with a background in nuclear generation, transmission, and regulatory compliance. They held positions at Southern California Edison, where they served as a Grid Operations Transmission Dispatcher and Nuclear Reactor Operator, among others. After contributing as a Reliability Specialist at the Western Electricity Coordinating Council, Erwin currently serves as a Senior Advisor for Operations Change Initiatives at California ISO, focusing on operational readiness and efficiency. Erwin has also completed a Master’s of Legal Studies with a specialization in Energy and Natural Resource Law from the University of Oklahoma and holds a Bachelor’s in Nuclear Engineering Technology from Thomas Edison State University.
