Sylvie Spewak

Sylvie Spewak is a Senior Policy Developer at the California ISO, where they collaborate with stakeholders to design reliable and cost-effective electricity markets that address unique challenges. Sylvie previously served as the Assistant Director of Strategic Outreach for the Wharton Public Policy Initiative at the University of Pennsylvania and has held various research and advocacy roles, including at the U.S. House of Representatives. They hold a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Public Policy from Duke University and a Master of Public Policy from the University of Chicago. Additionally, Sylvie is a fellow of the Clean Energy Leadership Institute and has a keen interest in innovative market design and GHG policy.
