David Mills

David Mills is an accomplished technology executive with extensive experience in IT leadership roles across various industries. Currently serving as Chief Information Officer at CAI Software, LLC since October 2025, David oversees global IT, business applications, security, and cloud operations. Previously, David held the position of VP of IT & SaaS / Cloud Operations at Sphera from March 2019 to October 2025, managing a $30M annual budget and leading global SaaS operations, including the integration of acquired products. As the Founder of Manage2Engage, David developed a platform to optimize technology as a business accelerator. With a solid background at SolarWinds, The Home Depot, Getronics, Sycamore Networks, and the US Air Force, David's expertise encompasses private/public cloud, DevOps, and network engineering. David holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Baylor University and a Master's degree focused on IT and Software Engineering from Harvard University.
