Duncan Ellis

Duncan Ellis is an accomplished executive with over 20 years of experience in Managed Services, Professional Services, and ERP. Currently serving as the Vice President of Customer Experience at CAI Software, LLC, Duncan has also held the position of General Manager and Chief Operating Officer at Avanti Computer Systems, where they have been responsible for achieving revenue and profit objectives through employee engagement and continuous improvement initiatives. Earlier in their career, Duncan led a Managed Service business unit at Xerox, driving exceptional customer experience and recruitment efforts. Duncan's educational background includes a Master of Education and a Bachelor of Education from the Ontario Institute for Studies in Education of the University of Toronto, as well as a degree in Health and Physical Education from the University of Toronto.
