Melissa Harvan

Melissa Harvan, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer at CAI Software, LLC since October 2025. Prior to this role, Melissa was the VP of Global Human Resources at eProductivity Software from January 2022 to October 2025, where responsibilities included overseeing HR for over 900 employees across multiple regions and leading HR due diligence during a divestiture from EFI. Melissa has also held senior HR positions at EFI as Global Human Resources Director and at The Descartes Systems Group, Inc. as HR Manager for the Americas. Melissa began the HR career as an HR Coordinator at Guardian Protection Services. Melissa earned a B.S. in Health Services Administration from Slippery Rock University between 2000 and 2004.
