Pierce Tyler

Pierce Tyler has a diverse work experience that spans over several years. Pierce is currently working as the VP Customer Success, Manufacturing Division at CAI Software, LLC since July 2022. Prior to this, they held the position of VP of Customer Success at xTuple for over two decades, from October 2001 to July 2022. During their time at xTuple, they played a crucial role in the growth and success of the ERP software company, contributing to its business strategy, tactics, and team management. Additionally, Pierce has also worked at Old Dominion University from August 1995 to August 2000, where they served as a Faculty member in the College of Arts and Letters. Pierce led initiatives to promote technology adoption among faculty and taught digital literacy and general education courses in the English department. Pierce also managed departmental computer labs and chaired the technology committee.

Pierce Tyler holds a Master's degree from the University of Maryland and a Bachelor's degree from Wesleyan University. In addition, they have obtained a certification in xTuple ERP from xTuple in October 2001.
