Rick Labak

Rick LaBak has over 20 years of experience in the software industry. Rick began their career at Computer Network Technologies, where they worked as a Quality Assurance Engineer and Senior Technical Customer Support Engineer. In this role, they manually tested and troubleshot the J2EE-based BPM solution and resolved network protocol issues.

LaBak then joined WebMethods as a Senior Quality Assurance Software Engineer. Rick led a team in test planning and product goal identification for the Business Process Management applications. Rick also tested and automated client and server applications built on J2EE standards.

Most recently, LaBak joined Computer Associates as a Senior Software Engineer Quality Assurance Automation. Rick focused on Quality Assurance testing for the CA Privileged Access Manager security software, developing both manual and automated tests for new product features across multiple interfaces.
