Brian Wade

Brian Wade is an accomplished telecom expert and owner of Caisson Technologies, providing business phone and Internet services since October 2004. With over 15 years of experience, Brian is known for pioneering a customer-focused approach that eliminates high-pressure sales tactics typical of direct providers. Prior to founding Caisson, Brian held various roles at Integra Telecom from 2000 to 2005, including Sales, Provisioner, and Customer Care, where notable achievements included exceeding sales quotas and innovating service processes that dramatically improved efficiency. Brian holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Business/Engineering from Oregon State University.
