Amy Randall

Amy Randall is an experienced information technology professional with a strong background in instructional design and technical support. Currently serving as an Information Technology Support Associate at the Center for the Application of Information Technologies (CAIT) since October 2019, Amy develops curriculum content, instructional materials, and provides training and customer support for various products. Prior experience includes roles at Western Illinois University, where Amy worked as an Information Technology Technical Associate, focusing on data management and programming, and as a Chief Clerk and Building Operations Coordinator, responsible for technical resource integration and troubleshooting. An internship at the Jackson County Emergency Management Agency involved developing and conducting training sessions for county employees. Amy holds a Master of Science in Instructional Design and Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Emergency Management and Economics, both from Western Illinois University.
