Frank Cairo

Frank Cairo is the Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Caivan Communities and the Advanced Building Innovation Company. As a multidisciplinary entrepreneur, Frank has innovated across various sectors, utilizing advanced manufacturing, software engineering, data science, artificial intelligence, and generative design techniques to optimize built form and community design. Under Frank's leadership, Caivan has become a top three builder by volume in Ontario, actively involved in over fifty projects in the Greater Toronto Area and Ottawa. Previously, Frank served as President at Mattamy Homes from 2003 to 2010. Frank's educational background includes studies at the University of Ottawa and the University of Waterloo.
