Sam Kandar

Sam Kandar has extensive experience in the homebuilding industry, currently serving as Vice President of Quality & Service at Caivan Communities since March 2019. In this role, Sam has also held titles of Vice President of Quality and Vice President of Construction & Service. Prior to this, Sam worked at Mattamy Homes from September 2006 to November 2018, where as Director of Customer Care & Warranty Service, contributed to strategic planning initiatives aimed at improving customer satisfaction and brand loyalty for a major homebuilder that closed over 800 houses annually.
