Troy Dosman

Troy Dosman has extensive experience in the homebuilding industry, with a focus on construction operations and management. Troy is currently serving as the President of GTA Homebuilding at Caivan Communities since April 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Minto Group from 2017 to 2021 as the Vice President of Construction Operations. Troy also held the position of Vice President of Construction at Minto Group Inc. from 2013 to 2017. Before joining Minto Group, Troy worked at Mattamy Homes from 2006 to 2013, first as a Contracts Manager and later as the Vice President of Construction & Purchasing for their Western Canada division. In this role, they managed various aspects of the building group, including construction and warranty staff, purchasing, architecture and design center estimating, and coordination of new suppliers and trade partners. Troy has a strong track record of successfully managing projects, meeting production targets, and ensuring quality and service requirements are met.

Troy Dosman attended Mohawk College from 1997 to 2000, where they studied Architectural Technology.
