Daniela Herrera

Daniela Herrera is a professional with significant experience in the financial and legal sectors. Currently serving as Secretaría General at CaixaBank since June 2020, Daniela previously worked as a Legal Intern at Baker McKenzie from January 2019 to February 2020. Daniela is pursuing a Posgrado en Asesoramiento Financiero at UPF Barcelona School of Management as of September 2023, and holds multiple postgraduate degrees including Corporate Compliance from Esade and Financial Markets Law from IEB. Daniela earned a Bachelor's degree in Double Law and Political Science from Universidad Autónoma de Madrid, complemented by a Master of Laws from Universidad Nacional de Educación a Distancia. Additionally, Daniela participated in exchanges at Universitat Pompeu Fabra studying Electoral systems and at Maastricht University focusing on EU Law.
