Cajigo is a dual app that provides mentoring and support to raise the aspirations of girls and women so they can confidently work in a variety of tech careers across industries. 

Cajigo is the social enterprise arm of Structur3dpeople, a company that helps organisations attract and retain diverse talent and focuses on supporting women into tech and leadership careers, across industries.

We partner with companies to deliver bespoke STEM Career Talks and provide continuous mentoring for girls, from Year 7 and upwards 

- 90% of girls we work with want to work in STEM  and tech careers 
- 98% of girls we talk to can see themselves in leadership positions in the future

** Cajigo Workplace ** 
We work with organisations to deliver bespoke mentoring and support to their female employees to help them overcome challenges, keeping them engaged and motivated so they continue to develop to their maximum potential and thrive.

We support women at all stages in life with their career development. Suitable for students, career changers, mums, returners and the unemployed. Available for download on iOS and Android.
