Carel de With is a seasoned recruitment professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Corporate Recruiter at CAK since April 2023, Carel is responsible for recruiting for IT, HR, and strategic positions, developing HR analytics, and positioning recruitment as a business partner. Previously, Carel held the position of Recruitment Manager and Business Unit Manager for Legal at Loyal Interim, focusing on transparent staffing solutions. Carel's expertise in IT and Cyber Security recruitment was honed at Tergos as a Senior Team Manager, following a significant tenure at Vibe Group, where Carel managed teams and contributed to IT staffing initiatives. Earlier experiences include a Business Manager role at Visser & Van Baars, where Carel specialized in business intelligence and data science recruitment, and an initial position as a Consultant and Relationship Manager at the same firm.
