Johan Oosterloo

Johan Oosterloo is an experienced HR professional with a diverse background in organizational development and management. Currently serving as Interimdirecteur HR at CAK since December 2020, Johan has been a strategic advisor and program manager at Joak Vof since January 2018, where responsibilities have included managing program management and HRM functions. Previous roles include manager HRM at CIZ, ATC-Enschede, and GGD-Twente, where Johan focused on implementing self-management, organizational restructuring, and providing strategic advice in youth healthcare. Johan’s educational qualifications include degrees in HRM from Saxion University of Applied Sciences and management training from ISW, along with additional certifications in mediation and business engineering.
