Larisa Mos

Larisa Mos is an experienced design professional with a strong focus on innovative product design and user experience. As Head of Design at Cake from February 2023 to August 2024, Larisa led a design team dedicated to enhancing product design and user experience. Prior roles include Senior Product Designer and Product Design Lead at Cake, where Larisa developed user experience strategies and guided early-career designers on open-source projects. At mOs, Larisa served as Senior Project Designer and User Experience Strategist, enhancing spatial user experiences through design iterations and collaboration with multi-disciplinary teams. Additionally, as Brand Experience Strategist and Project Manager at ICRAVE, Larisa managed projects that integrated physical and digital design to improve customer journeys. Larisa's earlier experience at Woods Bagot included roles as Design Leader and User Experience Strategist, where leadership oversaw cross-functional teams and client relationships. Larisa holds a Software Engineering degree from General Assembly and a UX Design Certificate from Cornell University.
