Ena Popović

Ena Popović is a skilled Human Resources professional with a strong background in psychology. Currently serving as a Human Resources Generalist at CAKE.com since September 2022, Ena plays a vital role in supporting startup development. Previously, Ena worked as a Recruitment and Selection Associate at Univerexport DOO, where responsibilities included managing candidate recruitment, organizing employee training, and facilitating workplace conflict resolution. Additional experience includes roles as Student Counselor and Associate Psychologist at high school dormitories, where Ena provided psychological support and led workshops, as well as an internship at the Center for Social Work focusing on juvenile delinquency.
