Michael Kalamogan

Michael Kalamogan's work experience includes roles as a Software Engineer at Cake DeFi and Hodlnaut in 2022. At Cake DeFi, they served as a Team Lead, overseeing a team of 5 developers and successfully implementing various campaigns and promotions that increased AUM and sign-ups. At Hodlnaut, they worked as a Full Stack Developer, involved in designing the software architecture and building microservices for a crypto trading exchange platform.

Prior to that, Michael worked at EQUATORIAL MARINE FUEL MANAGEMENT SERVICES PTE LTD in 2021 as a Full Stack Developer, where they developed, deployed, and maintained the company's web application and supporting cloud infrastructure for bunkering operations.

From 2016 to 2021, Michael held various roles at SBS Transit Ltd, including Engineering Manager, Project Lead, Rail Projects. Michael developed a web application to optimize resource deployment plans for new projects, reducing overall costs while meeting operational requirements. Michael also played a key role in developing winning tenders and supporting successful domestic and overseas projects. Additionally, they served as an Assistant Manager and Senior Engineer at SBS Transit Ltd, where they provided leadership and resolved technical issues to ensure the continuity of revenue operations and achieve significant improvements in train reliability and availability while reducing costs.

Michael's early work experience includes serving as an Engineering Officer in the Republic of Singapore Air Force from 2009 to 2015.

Michael Kalamogan has a diverse education history. In 2021, they attended General Assembly and studied Software Engineering through their Software Engineering Immersive program. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Aerospace Engineering from Nanyang Technological University Singapore. Michael also holds a Master's Degree in Applied Finance from Singapore Management University. Additionally, they have received various certifications, including the Foundation Award in Asset Management from The Institute of Asset Management, the Chartered Engineer credential from The Institution of Engineers, Singapore (IES), and the Data Analysis For Management certification from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE).
