Mitchell Lewis

Mitchell Lewis has a diverse background in the food and technology industries, with experience spanning various managerial and culinary roles. Beginning in 2007 at Restaurant Gary Danko as a Weekend Manager/Line Cook, Mitchell progressed to positions such as Sous Chef at Home Restaurant and Bistro 24, where responsibilities included menu creation and staff management. In 2012, Mitchell served as Manager at Jarred SF Brine Co., overseeing the production and packaging of jarred products while managing a farmers market stand. Significant contributions to the technology sector were made as Co-Founder and COO of UboTech from 2020 to 2022, focusing on innovative food preparation solutions. Additional roles include Account Executive positions at Cheetah Technologies and CAKE POS, as well as a Territory Manager position at Baja Brewing Company. Mitchell also contributed to education as an Industry Specialist at the Heat of the Kitchen Culinary Program. Educational qualifications include a B.S. in Sport Management and Business Administration from Ohio University and a degree in Culinary Arts from the Arizona Culinary Institute.
