Bailey Pumfleet is the Co-Founder & Co-CEO of Cal.com. Prior to Cal.com, they were a Founder Fellow at On Deck and a Service Desk Engineer at AssureStor Limited.

Bailey has always been interested in technology and entrepreneurship. Bailey was first exposed to the startup world as a Founder Fellow at On Deck, where they had the opportunity to work with and learn from some of the best founders in the business. This experience inspired their to start their own company, which they did with their co-founder, Calvin, in 2019.
