Charley Li

Charley Li's work experience spans over several years, showcasing their expertise in RF/RAN design and optimization. Charley is currently employed at Cal.net, Inc. as a Senior RF/RAN Design Engineer. Prior to this, they worked at Nokia from 2016 to 2020, where they held the position of Senior RF Design and Optimization Engineer. Charley also worked as a Sales System Architect and RF design Engineer at Nokia from 2016 to 2017. Before their time at Nokia, Charley worked at ALCATEL-LUCENT USA INC. from 2007 to 2016, where they held the role of RF/RAN Design and RAN Configuration Engineer. Charley began their career at Lucent Technologies as an RF Design Engineer from 1994 to 1996. Charley later advanced within the company and held positions such as CDMA First Office Application Engineer and CDMA Network Design & Configuration Engineer from 1997 to 2007.
