Eli Ratner

Eli Ratner is currently the Head of Cyber Security Architecture & AppSec Department at Cal, a position they have held since 2024. They previously served as an Information Security Architect at both Menora Mivtachim Insurance LTD and Amdocs from 2020 to 2024. Eli began their career in network security as a Network Administrator in the Ofek 324 Unit - IAF and has accumulated extensive experience as an Information Security Specialist at Spider Solutions from 2009 to 2020, and as a Network Security Engineer at HOT from 2005 to 2009. They hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Netanya Academic College and a Practical Engineer degree in Computer Programming from ORT Colleges.
