Cole McDaniel

Cole McDaniel is a Professor of Architectural Engineering at California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo, where they focus on forced-vibration testing and computational modeling of existing structures. They previously served as an Assistant Professor at Washington State University from 2002 to 2005 and worked as a Consulting Engineer at T.Y. Lin International for a brief period in 1999. Cole's engineering career also includes experience as a Design Engineer at Curry Price Court Engineers from 1997 to 1999. They hold a PhD in Structural Engineering from UC San Diego, where they also earned a combined BS/MS in the same field.
