Cuong Nguyen

Cuong Nguyen is an experienced leader in human resources and personnel management, currently serving as the Associate Director of Personnel for Student Affairs at California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo since February 2024. Previously, Cuong held the position of Head of HR/People Team at Playworks from August 2018 to February 2024, where responsibilities included shaping the organization's people strategy and enhancing talent management. Cuong's career spans various roles, including Director of Talent and Operations at Net Impact and Deputy Chief of Staff at the Manhattan Borough President's Office.
