David Chamberlain

David Chamberlain is an associate professor in the Orfalea College of Business at California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo, where they teach federal taxation of individuals and have previously directed the Masters in Taxation program. An expert in transfer pricing and international tax, they authored the transfer pricing chapter of the leading treatise, Bittker & Lokken’s Federal Taxation of Income, Estates and Gifts. Previously, they held director positions at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, KPMG China, and EY, and served as an attorney at the IRS. David has published extensively in prominent taxation journals and has been recognized by students as Outstanding Faculty in the MS Taxation program. They earned an LLM in Taxation from New York University School of Law and a JD from Columbia University School of Law.
