Jon Schlitt is currently the General Manager at Mustang Media Group at California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo. Since beginning their career in advertising, sales, and marketing in 2001, Jon has held various roles, including Retail Account Executive at The Kansas City Star and Chief Financial Officer at the University Daily Kansan. Jon has also served as a Sales and Marketing Advisor at the University of Michigan, where they coached student media representatives. With a strong commitment to mentoring, Jon has guided numerous students to achieve national recognition in various awards. Jon is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Journalism from the University of Kansas.
