Ken Macro

Ken Macro, Ph.D., is a professor in the Graphic Communication Department at California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo. They have extensive experience in higher education and the graphic communication industry, previously serving as Chair of the department and in various roles within organizations such as CRS of Pittsburgh, Alltel Publishing Corporation, and The University of Akron. Ken holds a Ph.D. in Education with a focus on Knowledge Management from Walden University and is currently pursuing a Master of Arts in European History at California Polytechnic State University. Their interests include Lean manufacturing, operations management, and the history of printing, alongside a passion for collecting old books.
