Michael Lucas

Michael Lucas is a Professor Emeritus in Architecture at California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo, where they taught from 1997 to 2017 and continued as a retired annuitant. They held various leadership roles, including Associate Dean for Academic Affairs and Associate Department Head. Michael also served as a Planning Commissioner for the City of Morro Bay and was involved in multiple architectural firms, managing diverse projects across the mid-Atlantic region. Currently, they participate in church management and serve on the Diablo Canyon Nuclear Plant Decommissioning Engagement Panel.
