Nancy Arrington

Nancy Arrington is an Associate Professor and program director of the Master of Public Policy program in the Department of Political Science at California Polytechnic State University in San Luis Obispo, California. Their research focuses on how political institutions affect the inclusion and incorporation of women and minority officials in the United States and internationally. Nancy teaches courses on judicial politics, public policy, and research design. They earned a PhD in Political Science from Emory University in 2018, a Master of International Policy from the University of Georgia in 2012, and a Bachelor of Arts in Government from the University of Texas at Austin in 2009. Prior to their current role, Nancy held various positions at Emory University, including Research Assistant and Project Manager.
