Scott Hosterman is a seasoned professional in solar engineering, currently serving as a Senior Project Engineer at Cal Solar Inc. since August 2022. With extensive experience in the solar industry, Scott previously held positions as a Senior Project Engineer at Sun Light & Power and a Senior Design Engineer at Borrego Solar Systems, where responsibilities included the design of solar support structures and arrays for various institutions in California. Additionally, Scott contributed as a Commercial PV Design Engineer at Sungevity and as a Senior PV Designer at Solar City. An educator as well, Scott trained future professionals in photovoltaic array design at the Clean Tech Institute. Scott earned a degree in Engineering, Physics from the University of Arizona and completed solar training at the Solar Training Institute.
