Michal Krasnodebski

Michal K. is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations, product management, and consulting. As Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer of Caladan since June 2017, Michal has played a key role in establishing one of the pioneering market-makers in digital assets, managing thousands of algorithms across numerous exchanges. Concurrently, as Managing Director of Fail Abort Retry B.V. since January 2017, Michal provides consulting for high-growth startups. From October 2014 to April 2016, Michal served as General Manager at Bigstock, leading a team to achieve significant revenue growth. Prior experience includes roles at Shutterstock, where Michal was a Product Owner and Director of Financial Planning, and at The Boston Consulting Group as an Associate and Consultant. Academically, Michal holds a BSE in Finance and Computer Systems Engineering from The Wharton School and the University of Pennsylvania, respectively.
