Angela Shaffer

Angela Schroder has extensive experience in customer success and educational support. Currently serving as a Customer Success Manager II at CalAmp since June 2023, Angela previously held the position of Lead Customer Success Manager at Truckstop.com from October 2021 to March 2023, where responsibilities included resolving customer concerns and collaborating with sales and product teams. From April 2007 to October 2021, Angela served as an Executive Academic Counselor at the University of Phoenix, focusing on academic skill development and providing guidance across various programs. In addition to roles in customer success, Angela has been a Wellness Advocate at doTERRA International LLC since August 2012, emphasizing education and support for natural health remedies. Angela holds a Master of Education in Human Services from Northern Arizona University and a Bachelor of Education in Elementary Education from Grand Canyon University.
