Eric Adams

Eric Adams is a seasoned professional in customer success and business operations, currently serving as the Senior Manager of Enterprise Customer Success at CalAmp since February 2023. Prior to this role, Eric held various leadership positions at Verizon Connect, including Senior Manager of Global Business Operations and Associate Director of Customer Success and Customer Service for North America. Eric's extensive tenure at Verizon spanned from February 2002 to November 2018, during which numerous roles were undertaken in business operations, sales operations, and end-user support.
