Zack Roach

Zack Roach has extensive experience in land development and athletics marketing, beginning with a role as an Assistant at the Oklahoma Department of Environmental Quality and a Sports Marketing Intern with the University of Oklahoma Athletics Department. Zack transitioned to Ideal Homes, where responsibilities included Land Development Specialist and later Director of Development and Vice President of Development. Zack served as Assistant Coordinator of Athletic Tutorial Services at the University of Oklahoma Athletics Department, focusing on policy development for high-risk student athletes. Currently, Zack holds the position of Sr. Director of Land at Calara Group and previously held the same title at Rausch Coleman Homes. Zack earned a BBA in Marketing from the University of Oklahoma and an MBA with an emphasis in Hospital Administration from Oklahoma Christian University, complemented by leadership training from Stagen Leadership Academy.
