Rusty Matveev

Rusty Matveev has a decade of experience in the venture capital and technology industry. In 2014, they co-founded and served as CEO of META. From 2016 to 2018, they were the VC and Head of Emerging Technology at MSG Ventures. In 2017, they became an investor and board member at Xion. In 2018, they co-founded and became a managing partner at RSV Capital. In 2019, they became a general partner at EONXI Ventures. In 2020, they became an investor at Dapper Labs and Chief Strategy Officer at Calaxy. In 2021, they became a general partner at Opportunity Ventures. Finally, in 2022, they became a co-founder and managing partner at Current Venture Capital, as well as an investor at Rad NFTv.

Rusty Matveev obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Finance and International Business from Northeastern University between 2008 and 2011. In 2011, they also attended John Cabot University for International Business. Prior to that, they had obtained an Associates Degree in Business Administration from City University of New York between 2007 and 2008.
