Jack Weise is a legal professional with extensive experience in the aviation and finance sectors. Currently serving as Senior Legal Counsel at China Aircraft Leasing Company since May 2022, Jack has previously held senior associate positions at Bird & Bird and Clifford Chance, where significant contributions included restructuring leasing arrangements for China Eastern Airlines and advising on a substantial secured financing facility for CDB Aviation. Earlier roles at King & Wood Mallesons and MinterEllison involved advising on cross-border financing and various corporate client financing arrangements.
