Michael Smith

Michael Smith is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in various legal roles, currently serving as Senior Legal Counsel at CALC since January 2023. Prior roles include Deputy General Counsel at Awbury and Adjunct Professor of Law at Hunter College. Smith has held multiple positions at Global Jet Capital, including Associate General Counsel - Corporate and Senior Counsel, and previously worked at Sikorsky Aircraft in senior attorney and contracts management capacities.
